What He has done in you is what HE will do through you. NEVER GIVE UP. Just before the sun rise, the earth is covered with darkness. But the darkness can not stop the sun to rise and shine. The Lord is working right inside in you and behind the scenes, Trust in Him. When you go through the fire remember His plan stands firm and strong for you. Just let the Lord do what He wants to do in you and you will soon see the Sunlight. Arise and Shine for the Glory of the Lord is risen upon you. Why do you think the Author uses the word arise. I believe that the audience was down and needed to arise that's why the Bible says Arise. Probably you are feeling down,hurt, frustrated, disgusted or whatever but the Lord says to you No more, Arise And Shine. Get Up You are more than a conqueror in all these things.
